Thankfully with Promax Diet, I found that solution, with 500mls of semi-skimmed milk or water and a few shakes in the Maximusle shaker, breakfast is ready! The good thing with this product also is that it comes in three great flavours, strawberry, vanilla and banana so you don't have to keep stomaching the same taste day in and day out like most other meal replacement shakes, and thankfully these ones taste great! This is also available in a chocolate bar, but the taste and texture was not for me. But again has the same effect.
With these shakes they contain all the right ingredients to keep your hunger away. You get all the required types of protein and nutrients to feed your hunger while also tending to muscle growth from your training and help you own your way.
The best results I have got from this product are using it for breakfast and lunch and a main healthy and nutritious meal in the evening while using Thermobol along with my training. Unfortunately none of these are a quick fix, but with a bit of personal effort help you get to your desired target.

MAXIMUSCLE PROMAX DIET
I am not massive fan of maximuscle products, however promax diet is definitely one of the better ones! It is designed to deliver protein to those with high requirements in a low-calorie form, which makes it brilliantly convenient to those with a busy lifestyle, who normally don't have the time to whip up something healthy.
The taste is also good, especially vanilla, which is nice enough to be enjoyed but not obtrusive enough ... ...as well as other maximuscle poducts but there are no real problems. You may get a bit stuck in the shaker now and again.
One of the main pros I found is that the tub can last quite a while. Mine lasted 3 weeks or so when I was dieting, with 2 or scoops a day. That is not a bad return, especially on something Maximuscle, which are normally notoriuously short in duration.
All in all I really like this product, I does what it says with minimal fuss. ...
