I tried Promax Extreme after a friend recommended it to me. Previously I had been using cyclone and getting some great results but I also wanted to get more ripped and lower my fat percentage a bit more. maximuscle promax extreme is a protein powder which boosts energy! I used promax for couple of months then found this, been through two tubs of extreme so far and noticed a big inprovment in muscle size,strengh and recovery time. training hard 3-4 days a week and will be sticking with this. bit more expensive than other products but its working. strawberry is best mixes better with hot water if you can drink it.The Strawberry and chocolate are ok to drink far easier to drink if you add milk for the slow release effect.
