I used this product as I use the gym regularly, Yes the price is high at about £30, but if you buy it from the maximuscle website you can receive a free gift of either a water bottle or a protein shaker which both are very useful especially if your purchasing this product.
This specific promax offers many differnt flavors including: Vanilla, Strawberry, Orange, Chocolate, Banana. I have tried the chocolate one, its very bland, but still its bearable. If your planning to use this alongside a workout, your recommended to use it before and after to gain as much use from the product as possible. This product has worked for me as my muscles have grown and toned up.
Promax adds extra protein to your diet, which is vital for building muscle, especially for people who train with weights on a regular basis. Protein is also essential whilst dieting to reduce the loss of muscle tissue.
This compares very highly to the other protein supplements on the market, I know this from my own experience, and other peoples views.
Protein can be found in foods such as meat, but the advantage of using a supplement is that you get the protein then and there exactly when you need it.

Maximuscle offers free delivery on the majority of their products, however at first glances the prices of their products may shock you, but spending £30 the promax product is defiantly worth it, because i have been using if about 3 times a week and i'm half way through the bottle, and iv been using it about 3 months.

My favorite favorite flavor is the strawberry flavor, they all have a similar taste, but this one stood out the most to me.

I would defiantly recommend this product, for people who want to tone their muscles and build them. Maybe to be used on an exercise training program.

    Well covered. I don't know about protein, I'd need a miracle being just a little above the man in the Mr Muscle ads.
