I am a keen football player and play at a reasonable level. I do quite a lot of fitness, but have looked at many ways to keep my weight down without loosing my muscle mass.
I read a lot of fitness magazines and came across adverts for Maximuscle. With a few other of their products, which I will review later, I seen the advertisement saying that Thermobol was the best selling U.K weight loss management product which has been researched and proven to help burn and mobilise fat and could increase weight loss.
Now I take most of these statements with a pinch of salt but thought I would give it go. So I logged onto the website and purchased a months supply, which at the time was around 25 pounds upwards depending on how many tablets you wanted. I have also looked through other sites which offer various prices also.
As with every weight loss tablet, it does state that you need to eat healthily and also have a good fitness programme. Luckily through my football prowess I train quite regularly, but I was still carrying a few pounds too many hence my looking for an aid to help along.
In the tablets you have quite a few natural/herbal ingredients that are all beneficial to weight loss, and by taking the recommended three tablets split through the day with plenty of water you will help push towards your weight loss target.
In the capsule are the following ingredients, which are all natural extracts and pass all the authorities drug testing which Maximuscle are very proud of with all their products.
Some of the ingredients are as follows: bitter orange peel, caffeine, green tea extract, guarana, cayenne extract (Hot pepper) and bioperine which is a black pepper extract. There are a few others like L-tyrosine and 5-HTP. With other weight loss products you will find only a few of these, which I believe what gives it such a high rating through users.
For to keep this all in perspective, I am doing football training twice a week, doing weights three times a week as well as jogging when I get the chance to fit it in, but before starting on Thermobol I was doing all of the above and my weight was fluctuating back and forth and after all my effort I ended up back to where I started give or take a few pounds.
Finally, if you have a steady fitness regime and eat quite healthily, using Thermobol should help you achieve your target. With the confidence I have with this product I am now using other products from Maximuscle which along with my own personal efforts have helped me reach the goals I am chasing.

MAXIMUSCLE THERMOBOL
Thermobol by maximuscle is a thermogenic compound, supposed to raise the temperature of the bodies core, thus raising metabolism and the bodies capacity for burning fat. I suppose it does do these things, in a way. This is no magic pill however, and will have absolutely no effect if the users diet is poor or their workout is not up to scratch.
I used this product for several months and dropped several pounds of fat, which though ... ...bad return, especially for a maximuscle product.
If you're on a cutting cycle or just want to raise metabolism to burn a few pounds you can't go far wrong with product. Just don't expect any miracles. In my opinion, if the wallets a bit tight you could get almost the same result from a clean diet and a green tea extract. ...

I have been using thermobol for 2 months now and can truely see and feel the difference in my body! In conjunction with a pretty standard training regime and good diet, i have lost more than 5 pounds of fat. By taking thermobol 3 times a day, i have sped up my metabolism and increased my energy levels dramatically. Thermobol by Maximuscle is one of their fat loss tools. It helps to create a calorie reduction by kick starting your metabolism during the day. its completely natural and safe for athletes who are drug tested . It is taken 3 times a day usually in the morning with breakfast mid afternoon and then again about 3 as it can keep you awake and make it hard to sleep if you use it too late. It needs to be taken with a drink as it can repeat if you dont ... ...and helps lose weight and maintaine weight depending on your goals. The product is available from lots of stores so you can easily top up if you run out. I used this when loseing weight for my wedding and helped shed 3.5 stone with this and exercise. It can be expensive so best touse it for two months then not for one. ...

I just started taking thermobol 2 days ago, and i havent been able to sleep well since. my heart rate is fast and my stomach hurts im not so sure about "no side effects" may be i havent been using thermobol for too long to decide, but the fact that its 4 am, and i woke up today at 8, and went to the gym and still cant sleep may be suggests the fact that these pills might have side effects and what i hate about these products is that they come with ...

As with my last review, I have added this as one of the other products to use, but I have kept it short as it is based on the same process of helping of loosing weight and keeping fit through diet and training.
With what was previously stated with my use of Thermobol, I was so impressed, I moved on to using Maximuscle Promax diet as well.
As I have a hectic lifestyle and I am always on the move, getting up in the morning making breakfast, sorting lunch all becomes a usage of time I don't have. When your also trying to calculate having the right amount of protein etc to aid you with your weight loss and fitness goals, looking for a meal replacement that gives me all the goodness I require in as little preparation time as possible, sounded like a good plan to me!
