Father Christmas dropped one of these into my stocking on Christmas eve coz he knows how much I love Maybelline make up products, particularly their mascaras ;)
I hadn't tried this one before but my old one had pretty much ran out so I started using it straight away.
I love the bottle it comes in. It's pink with a black lid and black writing and has a cute retro look.
It looks great on my dressing table or in my make up bag :)

I found the mascara easy to apply, and it rarely clumps.
I usually find with Maybelline mascaras that they make my lashes super super long, but this one wasn't quite as good at lengthening as some of their others.
It was still good though, as long as you don't want really really long lashes.
It also made my eyelashes nice and think and dark, and generally looked good.

I bought the waterproof version of this and have found its waterproof qualities fantastic.
I can even take a quick shower and the mascara will only smudge slightly.
Ofcourse, when I take a longer shower the mascara comes off.
It is also easy enough to remove at the end of the day with eye make up remover.

This costs £5.19 from both Boots and Superdrug, which is a good price for a good mascara.
I have tried many many mascaras, including some more expensive ones and this is one of the better ones i've tried.
On the other hand it isn't the best, and I will probably try a different Maybelline mascara when this runs out rather than re-buying it.
Overall though it is a good mascara, gives you everything you want from a mascara and i'm happy to keep using it for now.
