After driving this car for 20 minutes I can safely say that I never wish to drive one again, this is one of the worst cars that I have driven in my year of driving cars and I have driven some old bangers to say. The ride is hard, the steering is strange and you feel like you should be tipping over, the speed is poor and needs a bigger engine.
I cant say this is a car that I would advise anyone to buy here is why.

The first thing when you approach this car is the shape of it; the height of it is really out of proportion to the overall size of the car. The roof rail seems to make the car look very weird I cannot describe it but it doesn't look nice, it feels like that was a "what else can we put on moment" The front grill is made out of plastic, the side of the car isn't that much better, the wheels look tacky and have plastic covers that fall off very easily, the shape of the back of the car can only be described as a box there is no shape in it other than a box. This car really looks a mess and makes you feel the person designing it only had a rule and paper. You have to pay extra to get metallic paint.
Interior
This doesn't get much better everything is made out of plastic, I cant think of anything that wasn't made out of plastic, it makes the car look cheap. The steering wheel is made out of plastic. This comes with no electric windows all for windows you have to use winders. There isn't that much room in any of the seats but there is a lot of boot space you think they could of used more of that as the back seats cannot be moved back. The back seats however can be lowered to make a bigger boot space.
Comes with sunroof.
The way to lock the door is very weird, you have to hold up the handle as you shut the door or it wont lock.

This car is like a unwelcome jumper from your parents for Christmas, for months you will be walking around saying no Dad please don't make me wear that jumper. If you buy this car you will be walking around saying No don't make me drive that car. When I first saw it in the broucher before it had been released it looked like a realy good car, but that proved to be the ad mans very clever photography. The day came when I went to proudly collect my ... ...is hideous. Don't get me wrong for someone who wears cardigans and slippers and is growing gray and wants the sensible car this is it. But for anyone else still young with a bit of get up and go on on them forget this car. It is feature packed. But it still looks like a shopping cart on wheels which is essentially what it is. Ideal for mister sensible but forget it for anyone else. Slow, hideous, looks I just had to get rid of it at the first opportunity. ...

Advantages: Reliable, and comfortable Disadvantages: Engine possibly a little small
...paint colours now introduced by Mazda are really inspiring. This is a comfortable car to drive (I know, i've done 200 miles in one day on a number of occasions), with really supportive seats, perfect for anyone with back problems. The height of the roof makes the car seem very light and airy, yet protective. The back seat is on slide runners, the same as the front, so that passengers in the back can have more leg room, or you can have a bigger boot. ...

Advantages: Very reliable, nice to drive Disadvantages: cheap interiors
...the year 2000 for this Mazda demio 1.3 from the year 1999 in a dealer and he also gave me 2 years of waranty, the car had 74000 kms, it was like new, i made this trade because i was tired of my faulty punto and wanted a reliable brand and car, my first toughts were, this car is kind of ugly, and certanly will be very slow, but i will make the trade to pass him to my wife that was taking her license, but i was worng, the car is not so slow (ok compared ... ...my wife i buy another mazda for me.
Edit: as requested i will add more details to the review:
- The handling of the car is very good, the sterring wheel is not to light, or too heavy, its perfect.
- I never need to fix or replace anything unless 2 or 3 bulb lights.
- About consumption, if driving normal it can get 7l/km, but if you put your pedal down it can reach 10l/km, at slower drive it do less than 7l/km.
