Although we normally have Chips in our house, the occassional Wedges, and sometimes Curly Fries, the wife likes to buy things like these. PErhaps she's a big kid, but she likes Potato products. I admit i'm not that fussed about "novelty" things like this, but I had a couple the other week and I have to say these were pretty nice.

You get these in the freezer and they cost about £1 a bag. The bag size is 750g and to look in here it doesn't look like you get many for the money. They are quite large though, so I would say you get 2 generous portions out of this bag, or I would say 3 more standard portions.

All these are are circular bits of Potato with a slightly crisp outside. They have a Smiley face on them with the eyes and mouth made by holes in the circle.

You cook these in the oven for about 20 minutes and they are tsty when they come out. The inside of them are nice and fluffy potato and the outside part which has a slight coating on it is a golden colour with a crispy taste. These aren't really greasy and they taste more like a "healthy" Potato product.

I can see the fascination and I would happily have these again.
