Trial and Error...so often error...

Advantages: Short, witty and very thought provoking
Disadvantages: Short - more of an introduction than an in-depth study. I'd have certainly read another 50 pages!

Advantages: Clear diagrams of muscles and muscle groups useful for yoga and other body-work users
