Surveyed property and then failed to communicate special requirements to installation Teams TWICE!!!
Job surveyed on 19 May. Survey stated that Access required Conservatory ladders, 3 Storey ladder and Crawlers.
Work agreed for 14 june.
I spoke with the office and it was agreed to return on Wednesday 1 June (Today) and do the work.
Team arrived with no equipment and no information whatsoever about the job.
I spoke with their customer service who insisted that the price quoted had to be paid even though only 75% of the work was being done.I am totally unhappy with the whole thing especially that my house is not fully insulated as promised.
I would be interested to know how many jobs they do are like mine, i.e. not done as per the agreement or required additional costs to complete the job.They certainly have not lived up to the practice of good customer service as per the CIGA Code of Professional Practice, very far from it!!
Three walls only insulated.
Still charged the same price. Probably took full Govt Grant also.
Wonder how many clients had problems with this GROUP>
