Advantages Clears the system short term

To detox is to remove toxins from within your body and if you have been living on junk food then you will probably need one too. I fall into this category and was recently having headaches and spots breaking out. My friend said a detox of my system would help to clear them both up. If you detox then the toxins are removed from your body through the sweat, urine and faeces.
The idea of a good detox is to eat as much natural and pure foods and drinks as you can when on it and should eat organic food as this has not had any pesticides sprayed all over it. You do not have to fast when on a detox and if done properly you should not feel hungry as you can still eat regularly and drink regularly but with good food and not junk food. You should still try and exercise regularly too and sleep with a window open so fresh air is allowed to circulate round your lungs.
I have to fill in some boxes about mobiles and radiation below which does not make any sense at all and has nothing to to with detoxing your body but wont let me proceed until I have filled them in so please take no notice of them.
