Advantages: none at all
Disadvantages: stinky,nasty horrible death

I smoked from the age of 12, i suppose because every around me at the time did so it seemed the norm. For many many years i happily puffed away on the dreaded weed knowing the dangers but thinking i was immune. I then realised maybe it was time to give up after my first heart attack at the tender age of 34...seeing my chest x-rays at the hospital, having the doctor explain to me that half of my left lung had hardened causing difficulties in breathing, ...
...time to say STOP...no more ciggies..but the damage had already been done, my body was ruined because of those little white sticks. I stopped smoking from that day....i really had no chose, it was either that or die... It was helll giving up, the cravings were bad, i constantly wanted another ciggie....then came the second M.I....another two weeks in hospital and another lucky escape. Advantages: Saves money & helpful staff
Disadvantages: can be long waits

I have particularly strange/rare problems with my eyes and when I moved 123 miles from my parents home was reluptant to move from my lovely opticians who knew the family history etc. After a while and shopping around I decided to give it a go... and signed up with Specsavers. I've had one pairs of glasses and get monthly disposable soft contacts plus solution (delivered free through the post I must add) and I think they're great. Not the best service ...
