Effectiveness

Best of both worlds

Advantages: Working mothers have more money, stay at home mums see their children develop
Disadvantages: Working mothers miss out on a lot, stay at home mums can feel isolated

Nice idea just doesn't work

Advantages: working mums have money, sanity, and lots of guilt
Disadvantages: stay at home mums, have cooking, cleaning, and ironing argghhhh
