Smile and the whole world smiles with you.

How true that statement is! This morning I was at the waiting room at doctor’s surgery, there was this baby about four months old, he was fascinated by worn out toy stuffed dog, his mum was making sounds as a puppy and displaying it playfully at him, you ought to see this wonderful creation smile!, and you may not guess this everyone in the waiting room smiled! What an atmosphere!

Look at how Julia Robert’s smile is characterized by her personality!

And me too! In Trinidad where I was born it is natural to smile and say ‘howdy’
Yes smiling is a wonderful tool and it is infectious!

And if you smile have you notice people want to return the smile! And how do you feel when the baby smiles at you. Makes you feel good. How much better than frowning. Did you know when you frown you use many muscles!

There are many types of smiles! You smile to express your happiness, amusement, emotions, pleasure pride relief and on on. And you notice too that when people are happy they smile.

It is a known fact that smiling does make you an approachable person, you feel comfortable working with someone who smiles, it signals to people that you are a nice person, and let face it do you want to be with someone who is moping or frowning all the time.

It is that smile that can help a friend, when he or she needs it most. Why not cheer the person up, it can become infectious.

On the other hand it is hard to smile when you are sad, it may be death in the family, loss of job, or not passing your exam, loosing a bet, and so on, well that is normal, it is okay to have bad days sometimes, but you got to get grips with yourself and start smiling, hang around people who are positive, other wise you find your health starts to suffer.

I bet you when you are on the way to your destination to work, on the bus, any where you try smiling, and you will make people feel better! And they will smile at you! It cost nothing.

So smile smile smile smile! and the whole world smiles with you.
