Advantages Advantages It's your will - let it happen

    Disadvantages Disadvantages NONE

We are DOOMED! Life as we know it will end! We will all die! Sorry to be blunt but it is all true. We will all die one day yet how many of us think about what happens afterwards. I'm not talking about the afterlife here. I'm talking about what we leave behind. Where there's a will…. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Preserve those memories ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There can be nothing more distressing than the sight of a family arguing about what happens to your estate when you die. I know that I for one would rather my family and friends remembered me for who I am than the rows and arguments that could follow ... more

Advantages Advantages Making a will means your wishes are carried out

    Disadvantages Disadvantages absolutely none

Consider that the average marriage in the UK lasts 9 years and 4 months and almost one in three marriages ends in divorce then all of us will be touched in some way by divorce at some time. The only happy people amongst this emotional chaos are the legal profession who at minimum will charge you £80.00 per hour. Much of what they tell you can be read in magazines and books from the library. They will inevitably advise you to argue over custody of everything right down to the last sheet of lavotory roll and instill a ... more

Advantages Advantages Knowing that our loved ones are remembered

    Disadvantages Disadvantages none

There are thousands of people in this country who have not made a Will. People think that it's such a morbid subject that they prefer to ignore it, yet most of us have life insurance in the event of the unfortunate happening. Considering the amount of people who are in a second relationship with children from a previous partner, it is most important that a Will is made this together with a large amount of homeownership really does make it sensible to have a Will drawn up. There is no need to look to a solicitor to do this work as we now have Professional Willwriters who are trained to a very ... more
