    I recently checked my emails, and saw that I had this Ciao Newsletter there. And I started wondering why I had got it. I had made sure that newsletters had been disabled for my Ciao account because most of the newsletters I got from other websites annoyed me so much because there was just pointless information, such as the smallest update on the website, or just stupid advertising. But this Ciao newsletter was very different! SET-OUT The newsletter has a very pleasant setout.     Pkease do not use such small fonts for your newsletter, survey invitations and surveys. Many people. myself included, find it a real strain on their eyes and it greatly discourages people from bothering to do surveys. Before you started this current setup, everything was easy to read and follow. Now it is exactly the opposite. Remember that not everyone jas perfect eyesight.

    I too have been doing surveys for nothing since you changed and removed totals already erned. I would like you to give me a contact email or telephone so that I can get the money which you took away from us and put into another account which will not let us withdraw this money. Anybody with the same problem or can tell me how I can get this would be appreciated.

    I keep filling in surveys only to find that for some reason when transfering from the old Ciao to the new you have decided to bring the amount over as a negative amount - which means effectively that I am doing the surveys for nothing!! What a waste of time - I cannot find any other way of informing you of this mistake. Have other members had the same experience.

    Hi, this is the first time I've written a review. I hope you find it useful. I found the community newsletter interesting enough to read from top to bottom and in my experience, these days, that's unusual! In the mail section, was a question I'm sure many of us have asked from time to time and that is just how secure are some of the online surveys, many of us answer on a regular basis? The reply was reassuring and gave a link to the privacy policy as a back up. There was a list of the top 10 reviews from last month, which made good reading.
