Lost - Series 2 - Complete (Box Set) (DVD) 11/07/2007

Don't get too Lost in them!

Lost - Series 2 - Complete (Box Set) (DVD) The Second Season of Lost is amazing! We basically start off where Season One left us, where John Locke, Kate Austen, Jack Shepard and Hugo Reyes (Hurley) finally managed to open the dreaded ''Hatch''. The suspense is unreal as we travel down the hatch with Locke, and then Jack, and then finally Kate. The epiosodes in between keep us thoroughly entertained, and we even get an episode where we see what happened to the Tail Section of the plane. All the episodes are bound to contain drama and thrills and these DVD's are well worth the money. The season finale is two hours long and is possibly the best two hours of television you will ever see. I recommend this to anyone who has saw Lost Series One, or has just got into the series, it would seem strange if you were watching it and you didn't know waht was going on! These DVD's are a must have because if you miss an episode, you are going to be really gutted, there are so many clues within the episodes and the directors, JJ Abrams, Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse are always warning us about each episode, their commentary in the extra features is fabulous and a must see. The Lost Season 2 DVD's are available from most Supermarkets and Music stores for around £25 to £35. I hope you enjoy them if you purchase them, I certainly did.

Sony Ericsson K800i Cyber-shot 11/07/2007

Sony Ericsson K800i :)

Sony Ericsson K800i Cyber-shot The Sony Ericsson K800i is a great mobile phone which has so many great features. There is the 3.2 Megapixel Cybershot camera, the MP3 player, Radio, Games, Bluetooth features! The list is endless. It is certainly a reliable phone, and so that justifies the £150 price tag. It is available on all networks and all networks provide different services so the only choice people need to make is the choice of network, the phone doesn't need thinking about, it is pure class. The buttons are easy to press and the scroller icon makes easier access for certain applications, the screen is quite large so anything you are doing is in plain view! I would recommend this phone to any tourists who are on holiday and want to take some photographs. You can think of the scenario, on holiday, taking a picture of the sunset, listening to your favourite tunes and phoning your family with the video calling.

Greatest Hits - Blink 182 11/07/2007

Don't Blink or you will miss it!

Greatest Hits - Blink 182 Blink 182, are one of the greatest Pop/Punk bands to grace the Earth, unfortunately they are on an indefinate hiatus and have been so for about 2 years. The band members, Mark Hoppus, Travis Barker and Tom DeLonge had a great friendship and they also toured a lot. Due to all the touring, the band had a few stressful arguments and decided to take a break. This resulted in a 'Greatest Hits' album being released and it is basically a compilation of all Blink's greatest songs, from their early days if ''Dammit'' and ''Carousel'' all the way to the last songs ''Always'' and ''Down''. Tom DeLonge went on to form a new band called Angels and Airwaves whereas Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker went on to form Plus 44. These bands are still going strong and their albums are still sellng. This CD, Greatest Hits, is a must have for all rock bands and the major success of it symbolises how much the band took the rock charts by storm. You can purchase the CD now for around £7, a great bargain!

Microsoft Xbox 360 11/07/2007

Do you fancy a bit of 360?

Microsoft Xbox 360 The X-Box 360 is probably the most attractive and entertaining 3rd Generation Console out in stores at the moment. The graphics and sound capabilities are exceptional and the amount of games available is immense. Most of the games for the 360 have online features and games such as Call of Duty 3 and Gears of War have been so successful online, that there have actually been national contests set up for people to play. Although there are a number of features that are needed to make the 360 perfected, such as Wireless Adapters and Headsets, the 360 is definately value for money and the number of 360's sold compared to its rival, the Playstation 3 is exceptional. Although the Playstation was released later, the number of people who are still purchasing the X-Box is rising because the reviews by the professional magazines are always comparing the 3 consoles, the X-Box 360, The Playstation 3 and the Nintendo Wii. And the one which comes out on top is usually the X-Box. Although the extra features sometimes cost a bit, they aren't completely neccessary and so you can get along fine without them. There is an online feature for the 360 called X-Box live which enables the player to download movie and game 'demo's' and then play their games online which is a truly amazing experience, to interact with people from all over the world is great fun. I would recommend this console to anyone looking for a great gaming experience for under £300. The console itself is ...

Relentless 11/07/2007

Is it really Relentless?

Relentless Relentless Energy Drink is a refreshing can of evilness. The design on the can is amazing and almost looks Gothic like. I have a few friends who drank the Relentless can and they almost fell over, the energy inside the drink is amazing. It is also good value for money, it is probably double the capacity of Red Bull and also the same price if not cheaper in our leading supermarkets. And personally, I think that Relentless tastes a lot nicer than Red Bull which is one of the best soft drinks available. All in all, Relentless is a refreshing drink which doesnt cost a lot, and so I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an energy drink which is available in most stores at cheap prices. Relentless has a RRP of £1.00 but some stores charge £0.89 or £1.10.

Nintendo DS 11/07/2007

Would you like a Nintendo DS?

Nintendo DS The Nintendo DS gaming console is an amazing experience for people of all ages. I bought mine after seeing the fun my brother and sister were having whilst playing wirelessly next to each other. No wires! There is an amazing amount of games to purchase and with the wireless capabilities, the amount of fun is endless. The touchscreen feature within the Ninendo DS allows players to complete various tasks with just a touch of the DS Stylus (Pen). And if you ever find that the pen isnt doing what you want, then you only have to calibrate the screen at the System Settings point. The most common Nintendo game has always been Super Mario and the games out for the DS can be used by 4 people even if only one person has the actual game cartridge. This is because there is a game sharing facility which enables many people to play the game with each other. There is also a feature called Pictochat, which is a chat system people can use if they live in range of many people who have Nintendo DS\'s, It is basically a facility where people can chat and draw to each other without verbally contacting anyone. And the Nintendo DS also doesn\'t cost as much as the new consoles do these days, Nintendo has never charged over the top prices and this was further proved when the Nintendo Wii was released as the cheapest Third Generation Console.

Sony PlayStation 3 (PS3) 11/07/2007

Is the Playstation 3 all that?

Sony PlayStation 3 (PS3) The Sony Playstation 3 was due to be released in the UK, November 2006 but due to a set-back, there was a delay of 5 months, it was released March 2007. It has probably been the most talked about games console of all time and although the graphics are amazing and the wireless controllers enable you to play your games from anywhere in your room, I have to admit that the £425 price tag is not able to justify its features. Its rival console, the X-Box 360 is £150 cheaper than the PS3 and has more impressive graphics, better online gaming features and a larger game list. The Playstation only has approximately 25 games available whereas the 360 has over 150. The Playstation 3 is worth the wait, but not worth the price tag and Sony have said there will not be a price drop untill 2009. With the wireless controller cababilities and wireless internet access, the Playstation is better equipped than its rival but just too much money too spend on a single item. I recommend it to Sony Playstation gamers and any game enthusiast but as a member of the public, I wouldnt be tempted to purchase any games console over £300 no matter what manufactorer. The only appalling factor with the Playstation is the prices of the games, they vary from £40-£55 which means if you buy just one game with the console you will be paying almost £500. The graphics and sounds capability are amazing, but value for money is not justified. And the reason of delay was because Sony couldn\'t produce ...

Cadbury Creme Egg Ice Cream (On a stick) 11/07/2007

Cadbury Creme Egg Ice Cream!

Cadbury Creme Egg Ice Cream (On a stick) Wow! I'm not the kind of guy who would see something advertised on TV and then run out to the shops to purcase it. And that was the same in the 'Cadbury Creme Egg Ice Cream' but when I went on my regular family shopping trip, I saw that they were already on offer in the 'Buy One Get One Free' section so I bought two boxes. As soon as they were packed into my Freezer, my Brother and Sister rushed into the kitchen and took two out for themselves.. So I thought to myself that they must be tasty, and yes, they are, they taste different to the regular 'Cadbury Creme Egg' but thats because the fusion of Chocolate, Caramel and Ice Cream is obviously going to be different, but it is a huge success, and I do hope they stay in the shops for longer than the Easter period they usually stay for!
