Poor customer service, samples not worthwhile I ordered several samples of wooden slats for venetian blind. Carefully chose the shade I wanted. So far so good. The blind turned up when they said it would a week later. This is where problems started. The blind had been made in a shade that wasn't the one i ordered. 1st customer 'service' person told me that perhaps the wrong label had been put on the sample. Said he'd send more samples. They arrived. But I've still not got the blind I want. Phoned again - don't bother with emails, they read them but don't reply. Was told the samples cou;dn't really be relied on for any accuracy, 'as the wood doesn't grow in those colours! What's the point of samples then?? Was asked to send a piece of the original sample - I did this. Still no blind, nor a refund. Am still chasing the up and will be reporting them to Trading Standards very soon. Wouldn't recommend them to anybody. I'm sure they're good if you get what you want but haven't a clue about customer service. ...
