If you think of your health, the first thing you should know is that what goes into your stomach should be the very first thing to care of. Especially drinking water. There are a good number of diseases you can get water in your home and have a water filter to filter this for you before you can even drink. You should never go somewhere and drink water from where you dont know the source. Its very important to take note of that. bad water causes you ... Read review

Advantages: Favourite songs of mine Disadvantages: It's so hard to compile a list of just 10!
...are not my all time top ten songs, as that would include album tracks, not just singles, but they certainly are ten singles that have a lot of meaning and memories for me. So, here we go, in no particular order :- 1. METALLICA - NOTHING ELSE MATTERS I loved this song right from the very first time I heard it. I am not a massive fan of Metallica, but do like a few of their songs. This is a slow ballad, which singer and guitarist James Hetfield wrote ......in 1992 and reached the top 10. I love the slow, thumping drums on this, and the way the song builds. James Hetfield provides an excellent, meaningful vocal to his moving lyrics, and also provides the guitar solo. There is also a live version of this featuring the band with the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra, which is also brilliant. " So close, no matter how far Couldn't be much more from the heart Forever trusting who we are And nothing else ... Read review

...of that. 10 ~The weather! The ‘BBQ summer’ was never to be, the Met Office back peddling once again after hyping up the weather with silly quotes like that one back in May. If they can’t even predict a week ahead then why have they tried to predict three months ahead, let alone involved with man made global warming hype in twenty years time stuff? I suspect that is the real reason why they are in a pickle, under pressure to back that hype up by ......made global warming model, but in fact its just normal British summer after summer, world temps actually falling in the last three years. How come in early April they can say that 14-15 degrees feels warm yet they then say 18-21 degrees in July is cool? 21 degrees is as normal warm weather as you can get in England so why can’t we accept we get our weather off the Atlantic so it will always be capricious and unpredictable like the ocean. They seem ... Read review

...of wikipedia here are my top ten children's programs. As I was only as big as a thimble when most of them were on telly it's only fair I research them to put names to faces, hands to puppets bottoms, Finger Mouse well and truly fingered by 'Yoffy'. I always wondered about Yoffy. Some of you older ones will know who Yoffy is and most of these and one or two of you will even remember them in black n white...as dose Totalserenity... #1 Rainbow 1972-1992 ......of questionable sexuality to some, actually lives near me in my hometown of Northampton, answering that very question by having a wife and two kids, although that tends to mean little in showbiz. He was the human form, of course, on Rainbow, the mentor to a fluffy pink Hippo, a man-size teddy bear and Zippy, the loud mouth as yet unidentified creature, and still reminds me of Tony Parsons, talking crap just to get on camera. And for trivia buffs ... Read review
