1. I ordered an item;
2. they charged me;
3. tried to check their website after a few days to track my order;
4. but it wasn't working - each time I tried (every half an hour or so) there were a lot of different problems and errors, most of them suggested that their server was running on Windows and their their front-end system could not connect to their microsoft databases;
5. finally, after a few hours, it worked and I managed to see their order tracking page;
6. and immediately found out that they charged me for an out-of-stock item;
7. emailed them asking when did they expect for my item to be despatched;
8. waited about a week - no response;
9. just cancelled my order using their web page;
10. found out that it seems they are not going to refund the shipping cost, only the item price (?!!);
11. waiting to see if they will refund the price; ...

Quick review of MemoryMegastore.com
Ordered 10 packs of batteries, they turned up pretty quickly but most of the packets are opened & some of the batteries scratched & dented. I'm really not convinced they're even unused.
A definite thumbs-down from me. ...

I found MemoryMegastore on a shopping comparision site and seeing as they were the cheapest for the memory card I wanted to buy, I thought I'd give them a try. Although the delivery charge is higher than a lot of other sites - it's £4.50 per order, the product was cheaper than the others, so they still worked out the cheapest. The website was easy to use and once I'd registered and filled in all the usual name address and credit card details my order ...

Memory Megastore really do live up to the name. Megastore... just like PC World... not a clue and service that absolutely sucks... I'd rather buy from a local dealer on the high street!
They may be cheap, but I would not recommend their service. ... ...and get decent service from a better organized retail operation. They simply don't deliver!
I'd be a little happier if I'd received timely replies to my email and telephone enquires - I didn't get one response after two weeks of trying!
I'd shop elsewhere in the future! ...
