Sandisk Compact Flash Card - 4gb - Ultra 2
Review of Sandisk Compact Flash CF 4GB Ultra II 4096 MB by
jangul
Advantages: Fast, big on storage
Disadvantages: Price but shop around
I bought one of these about 2 months ago to use with my new Canon 30D. I took it out on a shoot for the first time and after installing it, the camera flashed up "card error". I tried inserting it a couple of times with no luck. I put my old CF card back in which worked fine so I knew the camera was ok. I then tried this card one last time and it worked. It's been fine ever since but it did shake my confidence in it a little.
It does write very ...

Fast Access SD Card
Review of Sandisk Extreme III SDHC Secure Digital 4096 MB by
Surj1
Advantages: 4GB, ESP Technology, RescuePRO
Disadvantages: None
The Sandisk Extreme III 4 GB Compact Flash Card is ideal for digital camera's and camcorders. I needed some extra memory for my digital camera so bought this.
Sandisk have a good reputation in developing flash memory cards so I thought I would go for this. With my digital camera I had a supplied 1GB card which to be honest isn't much when taking high resolution photos, it fill up pretty quick.
The Sandisk SD card is a good size at 4GB storage. ... ...2 cm
Overall the Sandisk Extreme III 4 GB Compact Flash Card is perfect to replace your old SD card or simply an upgrade from a lower storage size. You will definitely notice a difference when running this card as it works without any glitch at a good speed too. I got this card from Ebay for around £5 inc. p&p usually retails at around £10. ...

Reliable Memory product
Review of Kingston HI Speed Elite PRO Compact Flash 4096 MB by
yassarikhan786
Advantages: Fast write speed, Reliable (estimated to last over 100 years)
Disadvantages: none
Kingston is one of the largest memory card manufacturers in the world. They are renowned for their high quality memory products. The provided picture by Ciao shows a 2GB version of the card rather than a 4GB one, which it should be. Compact flash cards (including this one) are fairly large, with an approximate length of 4.2 cm, an approximate height of 3.5 cm and an approximate depth of 0.3 cm (3 mm). Taking everything into account you can see that ... ...they can hold.
All Kingston flash compact cards (including this one) work in temperatures up to just over 85 degrees centigrade and minus temperatures up to -40 degrees centigrade. This can be seen both as an advantage as well as a disadvantage as it would mean that the memory card will function in virtually any part of the world (including the very hot Sahara desert in Africa and the North and South poles. The disadvantage would be in the device ...

* Pick a card - any card . .
Review of Kingston SDHC Secure Digital 4096 MB by
smudgeybabes
Advantages: Cheap, very good too.
Disadvantages: Easy to lose them.
...cards, and in my opinion Kingston are one of the better makes. Most cameras do come with a small card to get you started, but you soon want to upgrade to a couple of bigger ones.
You can download your images directly to your PC, or you can take the card into your local Max Spielman's and get them printed while you wait. You also have the option of sending these cards through the post, even to someone without a PC, because they can go to their local ...

Micro-memory Storage, only the best!
Review of Sandisk Micro-SDHC Secure Digital 6144 MB by
Mr.Freeman
Advantages: great memory capacity, small and easy to use
Disadvantages: will break when sat on, easy to lose
As Sandisk are one of the most competetive distributors and producers of memort cards, its no suprise that this product meets all their high requirements for a successful device. It's 6gb space allows an integrated format for media items to be stored. The card works an almost all new(ish) mobile phones and can be inserted into certain printers for quick and easy printing capabilities. As well as instructions, the card comes with a small plastic case ...
