Kingston is one of the largest memory card manufacturers in the world. They are renowned for their high quality memory products. The provided picture by Ciao shows a 2GB version of the card rather than a 4GB one, which it should be. Compact flash cards (including this one) are fairly large, with an approximate length of 4.2 cm, an approximate height of 3.5 cm and an approximate depth of 0.3 cm (3 mm). All Kingston flash compact cards (including this one) work in temperatures up to just over 85 degrees centigrade and minus temperatures up to -40 degrees centigrade. Advantages: Write speed, low price, extra's in box Disadvantages: Will naturally be superseded over time by faster, bigger cards.
Having bought this card to give me higher capacity and faster write speed (My previous card was a Fujifilm 1gb CF card which I bought from ASDA for £8), I can safely say this card is superb value for money! It's improved the write speed of my slow 300D considerably, and has done exactly what it's been designed to do.
In the box you are provided with a recovery disk (not needed to test it yet to see how/ if it works), and a neat little carry case ...
