SD Transflash Adapter/Memory Card
Review of Expansys Trans Flash SD TFSD 128 128 MB by mikeywhitto

Advantages: Can be used in most electronic equipment
Disadvantages: Very small so can be lost easily

Overview I first bought this SD card for storage on my mobile phone. I hadn't ever used a transflash adapter before and I did have to do a bit of research to find out what the two parts were for. Basically, the smaller part (see picture) can be put into phones and other small electrical products and can store up to 128MB worth of data (or more if you buy a card with a greater capacity). The beauty of the transflash adapter however, is the ...
...the larger adapter and then used on larger electrical equipment such as a computer or a PS3. Advantages This gives many advantages. The small memory card can be permanently placed inside the adapter and used for storage as you would with a USB memory stick. You could also transfer photos/music/videos from your computer/PS3 to your phone or camera. I didn't think I would use it much and at first I only bought it to use in my phone. Nonetheless, ... Sandisk 8GB micro SD card
Review of Sandisk Micro-SDHC Secure Digital 8192 MB by yassarikhan786

Advantages: Large memory capacity, durable for its size, very reliable
Disadvantages: None really apart from it being quite small

The Sandisk Micro-SDHC Secure Digital 8192 MB (8 GB) memory card is known as an SD micro card, basically because SD memory cards are the smallest you can currently purchase. It measures in at 15mm x 11mm and comes with an adapter when you purchase the card. The Micro SD card format is used mainly for mobile phones, because of the sheer size and the cards ability to hold huge amounts of data. Although, mainly built for mobile phone use, SD micro ...

Review of Sandisk Extreme III SDHC Secure Digital 4096 MB by Surj1

Advantages: 4GB, ESP Technology, RescuePRO
Disadvantages: None

The Sandisk Extreme III 4 GB Compact Flash Card is ideal for digital camera's and camcorders. I needed some extra memory for my digital camera so bought this. Sandisk have a good reputation in developing flash memory cards so I thought I would go for this. Reliable Memory product
Review of Kingston HI Speed Elite PRO Compact Flash 4096 MB by yassarikhan786

Advantages: Fast write speed, Reliable (estimated to last over 100 years)
Disadvantages: none

Kingston is one of the largest memory card manufacturers in the world. They are renowned for their high quality memory products. The provided picture by Ciao shows a 2GB version of the card rather than a 4GB one, which it should be. Compact flash cards (including this one) are fairly large, with an approximate length of 4.2 cm, an approximate height of 3.5 cm and an approximate depth of 0.3 cm (3 mm). Taking everything into account you can see that ...
...they can hold. All Kingston flash compact cards (including this one) work in temperatures up to just over 85 degrees centigrade and minus temperatures up to -40 degrees centigrade. This can be seen both as an advantage as well as a disadvantage as it would mean that the memory card will function in virtually any part of the world (including the very hot Sahara desert in Africa and the North and South poles. The disadvantage would be in the device ... Read review
