Do you have a good memory?
Review of Sandisk Secure Digital CARD 2048 MB by
mattmod
Advantages: Capacity, Size, Speed, Durability, Reliability
Disadvantages: Can be lost or broken easily
<>
SanDisk is the undisputed champion of flash memory; if you're buying a product form them you can expect high quality with a small price tag and the 2GB Secure Digital memory card is no exception to this rule. Like many people I chose to buy one for my digital camera to store more pictures. SD is a common format and is used in a wide range of PDAs. Mp3 players, etc, which means it's compatible with most card readers so files can therefore ... ...easy if used wrong, but SanDisk claim that it can withstand a drop from 9 foot, so I doubt this will happen. <>
2GBs is as huge amount of memory for something as small as this SD card. As I purchased the product to expand the memory on my digital camera I'll give you a bit of information about how many pictures it can store.
6 Mega pixels - 640 pictures
5 Mega pixels - 816 pictures
4 Mega pixels - 1024 pictures
3 Mega pixels - 1696 ...

A great product for a quicker picture.
Review of Sandisk Secure Digital SD 1GB 1024 MB by
David_Scutt
Advantages: One of the faster cards avaliable to day.
Disadvantages: Not as fast as the slightly more expensive Ultra II
...the other was the faster SanDisk Ultra II brother.
Here I will compare the two.
---Use with a Camera ----
One of the most annoying things about digital cameras is the fact that you press the button to take the photo, and the photo is taken approximately 1 second after you have pressed the button. Sometimes you forget about the delay and you end up with smudged photos, or photos of your feet. You also get a delay after the photo has been taken.
... ...I decided to purchase the SanDisk Ultra II card, why? Because it is a faster card and is one of the cheapest of the fast card brands.
The Ultra II chip did make my cameras take pictures faster, it let the camera take the photo then take another near enough immediately, however there is still the delay between taking the picture and taking the photo, however this to was a little faster. This is probably due to the cameras. However the time taken ...

Sandisk Extreme III Digital Memory Card
Review of Sandisk Extreme III Secure Digital 2048 MB by
SHARTFIE
Advantages: Its an excellent product
Disadvantages: Its quite small, so you have to be careful that it doesn't get lost
I purchased the Sandisk Extreme III Memory Card of Ebay a couple of months ago for £22 and have been using it with my Nikon D80 camera. I was advised that the memory card was designed for the serious photographer and have found that it is more than adequate for my needs. It came in a small protective plastic case.
Its small – as expected as easily loads into my camera, I found that the quality of the product was excellent, the down loaded pics looked ... ...read and write speed.

Great performer.
Review of Sandisk Secure Digit SD 512 Ultra II 512 MB by
johnsto
Advantages: Fast, durable
Disadvantages: It's red.
...fast. And cheap.
This Sandisk card fits the bill. It's fairly large 512MB space means I can store hundreds of 4 megapixel shots, or about 4 minutes of video from my camera. The speed is important, such that it can keep up with both my camera, and my PC when transferring onto my hard disk. The card came with a 'manual' (one side of printed paper), but to be honest, I didn't find it worth the read (not that it would take long). It's all common sense ... ...do. Not bad for a little piece of some plastic and metal.
(The Sandisk Ultra II series is designed to be the fastest SD card in the Sandisk line, but with the standard Sandisk quality and recognition. The 1GB, 2GB and 256MB models 'should' perform just like this one.) ...

My Sandisk Ultra II 4GB
Review of Sandisk Ultra II SDHC Secure Digital 4096 MB by
Ikillrocknroll
Advantages: Fast, Cheap
Disadvantages: Lack of backwards compatability
I bought the Sandisk Ultra II 4GB card after purchasing my new 14.6mp camera, which produces RAW files of around 12-14mb! I clearly needed an upgrade because my older 2GB SD cards could only store 70 photos. I wanted a card that would combine speed, capacity, and value for money - and so I landed at the Class 4 Sandisk SDHC Ultra II 4GB card. I've had experience with Sandisk before, and wanted to stick with them especially after I found out that ... ...digital cameras. The Sandisk Ultra II SDHC 4GB card (Which I will now refer to as "The card" to save any confusion), has read speeds of 10mb/sec, and write speeds of 9mb/sec, producing an excellent performance on my camera.
Previously when I used my older 2GB card, I didnt have a USB reader so I had to connect the camera to my computer via a USB cable, not too practical. Now however, Sandisk included with the card, a MicroMate card reader, which ...
