An accidental bonus
Advantages: Versatility, capacity, sise, reliability Disadvantages: Doesn't work with my SD card reader
I originally bought the SanDisk 8GB micro SDHC card for my Samsung SGH-G600 phone, not having read in the user manual that the maximum capacity card it could accommodate is 2GB. Don't get me wrong, it did work in the phone but it showed a capacity of 1GB and would not allow any ineteraction with the Samsung PC Studio software. Being somewhat disgruntled that I had wasted my money, the card lay in a drawer unused for about six months until one day, ... ...I had a micro SD adapter. At this point a bulb appeared above my head and I wondered if the micro SDHC card (in the adapter) might work in my Fuji FunePix S1000 camera. Eureka, it did! Until this point I had been restricted to taking around a hundred photos in any outing with a 512MB XD card (I like to take them at the highest resolution and quality available). Now I was liberated; I could take 1600 pictures without having to rush home and upload ...

Fast Access SD Card
Advantages: 4GB, ESP Technology, RescuePRO Disadvantages: None
The Sandisk Extreme III 4 GB Compact Flash Card is ideal for digital camera's and camcorders. I needed some extra memory for my digital camera so bought this.
Sandisk have a good reputation in developing flash memory cards so I thought I would go for this. With my digital camera I had a supplied 1GB card which to be honest isn't much when taking high resolution photos, it fill up pretty quick.
The Sandisk SD card is a good size at 4GB storage. ... ...2 cm
Overall the Sandisk Extreme III 4 GB Compact Flash Card is perfect to replace your old SD card or simply an upgrade from a lower storage size. You will definitely notice a difference when running this card as it works without any glitch at a good speed too. I got this card from Ebay for around £5 inc. p&p usually retails at around £10. ...

Little soldiers of the data storage world
Advantages: Reliable, very very reliable Disadvantages: Some card readers just cant keep up with how good the larger cards are (over 2 gig)
Sandisk SD cards. Well first of all I'm amazed at just how cheap these things are nower days. I paid only £1.50 for my 2 gigabite card and only £4.50 for my 8 gigabite card. Ever since buying my latest camera and getting a free Sandisk 1 gigabite SD card with it I have never even considered buying any other. They work perfectly in all applications I have come across. I generally use the 8 gig version with my camera but also use this 2 gig one when ... ...in mind when choosing a Sandisk or any other SD card is that in many card readers and some other devices, they tend to struggle above 2 gigabites and often will refuse to read them at all. So with that in mind this particular card is my most strongly recommended for almost all potential buyers. ...

...printers will now have a Sandisk slot somewhere. Therefore, it isn't likely that you will have compatibility problems as you'll find this card is usable with a wide range of items such as cameras, PDAs and other electrical devices that require some sort of memory storage
As far as speed is concerned it's unlikely you'll be disappointed with a Sandisk card as they are reckoned to be as fast as any others out there on the market. The cards are really ... ...I have had the Sandisk Extreme III 4GB compact flash card for about two six months and have taken about 300 hi-resolution pictures during this perios. I'll Never Max Out Again!
Advantages: Enough storage for a full day of shooting Disadvantages: Feels and looks fragile
...worthwhile. The SanDisk High Capacity (SDHC) 4-GB card makes that possible. Note the following capabilities for this product:
~ High storage capacity for digital content, including photos, videos, and music ~ Optimized speed for SDHC-compatible devices ~ A 5-year limited warranty ~ Able to survive a shock of 2,000 Gs (equal to a 10-foot drop)
~ A handy security lock to help prevent unwanted erasing of the card
My case in point illustrates the ... ...countless cycles. My 4-GB SanDisk Card is no exception. It has logged thousands of miles on my travels and thousands of photos transferred to my computer. Despite the fact that I use the same software (from Canon) to download images from my 4-GB SD as I use form a larger Ultra II card from an older digital camera, the transfer speed for the new 4-GB card is much faster. I can download 400 images using the new card in half the time it takes to download ...
