This has got to be the worst company on the Internet to deal with. The customer service is rubbish, the sales team don't know what they are talking about ( I have emails from them to back this up) I purchased 3 ink cartridges from the a black colour and a photo. I returned the colour and photo one was the wrong cartridge the other didn't work. On asking for a refund I was paid short, on quering this I was told I had returned the black and colour ...

Avoid Memorybits like the plague. I ordered memory and ink cartridges from them in June and never received anything. I mailed them and they said there was a 3 week delay in shipping the order and that i should have got it!
I never did.
They then said I had not supplied a correct address. I mailed them the confirmation mail and the paypal mail confirmation which clearly had my correct address on it.
They then said "oh yes we had your address" (bull) ... ...goods back". I said forget it I want my money back. They have said No and they will not ship it again.
I doubt they ever shipped it in the first place.
I have now gone to Paypal to have memorybits blacklisted and also to my bank to cancel the credit card transaction.
Do not buy from memorybits .. they are not trustworthy ...

Advantages: Prices (But maybe too good to be true?) Disadvantages: Everything!!!
...or delivery, but i chanced memorybits.co.uk which ended up being a very bad decision! Hopefully my item should be here by Friday, that's if the dispatch email is anything to go by! I hope this review helps and warns anyone who is considering buying of memorybits.com to be prepared for bad service! I have never had such problems which sums up the quality of the retailer!
Potential buyers be aware, there are better memory websites than this one guaranteed!
... ...i recieved my item on the 23rd. Althought the item was well packed and came as describe, in my opinion when offering a 2-4 day shipping you have to deliver. In my case the item took 9 days to arrive, i know its not exatly weeks or months but thats not the point. If you offer a service you must deliver. Overall i am happy with my product but in my opinion i would not encourage the use of this website. Good luck if you are going to use this website ...

Just writing to say avoid MEMORYBITS like the plague, I ordered an item from them on the 6th of april as it stated same day shipping, on the 9th I contacted them to ask whether the item had been sent only to be told it would be sent that day, no explanation of the delay just that it would be sent that day, move on to today the 16th of april, still nothing arrives so I used the chat facility at their site and spoke to "gareth" here is the chat log ... ...of our operators will be with you shortly.
