The author is giving lots of examples and each page which I read made me think he's writing about my friends, parents or me and my boyfriend. Most of the situations were so familiar to me and I finally understood that there is nothing wrong with me, that every couple has the same issues.

Why women gain weight? We are all getting depressed after an argument with the other half. What are we doing after the 'war'? We go and buy ice creams, chocolate, cry and eat, eat and eat and cry. The next morning we feel that our body is full of carbs and we feel even more depressed because we think that our look was the reason of his misunderstanding, we say: ouuu, he doesn't love me, has another woman and go to get more chocolate but the solution is so simple. Buy this book and after the first 5 pages you realise how many mistakes you used to make.
In my opinion every woman should read it make sure that her partner does as well. Honestly, you won't regret it, I haven't so far.
