You should never judge a book by its cover with the A160. It may look small on the outside but it has magnificent room on the inside. It comes with a roomy back and a comfortable feeling whenever your driving. It has many places to store drinks, cds, tapes etc and is nippy and handy getting you to your destination. The air conditioning doesn't cool or heat the seats but can quickly warm the car on cold winters nights. The back seats can be easily taken out leaving you with a large amount of room if you need to bring a lot of stuff with you. It has great grip to and I reccomend the A160 to any A class fan. It is quite fragile but is reliable.
Advantages: Powerful compact car, Ample legroom, Good allaround visibility, reliable performance Disadvantages: Expensive to maintain, suspension is a bit rough

The aircon is effective but the suspension is not as good as the other models. As with other mercedes models this is expensive to maintain as the service costs about £1000 per year from the 3rd year onwards. The ... ...seats can be folded away or removed for extra space and this comes handy many times, especially if you have to collect a delivery or house moves.Overall the vehicle is a good buy and performs well in the first five years/80000 miles. It is advisable to avoid servicing it at dealers as their costs are high. ...

The central locking has an excellent feature - the first time you press the remote it only releases the driver's door, so you feel safer getting in, as the other doors aren't released until it is pressed again.
The extra few inches on the length of the car are very useful, as they provide either extra leg room in the back, ... ...of the road both front and rear, and parking is easy as it is such a small car. The intermittent rear wiper is very useful.
The only odd thing is the central seat belt in the back - this is actually attached to the rear window, and can be difficult for a child to reach.
The radio comes with a CD player but not with a tape player which is a pain, although I suppose tapes will not be produced in the future. ...
