I got this car through work (2000 Y reg)and I had no problems with my C180 Automatic. It is virtually effortless to drive. Just point and press.
The size of the engine means it takes a while to get away from the lights but once it's on the motorway it's in it's eliment.

Although I had the entry level Classic model it had plenty of goodies: Left and right side climate control. Cruise control and there was also a speed limiter. The limiter works pretty much the same as cruise control. Except you keep your foot on the accelerator to maintain speed. The car will get to the desired speed and stay there.

The doors locked themselves when you set off.
The car has a light sensor so as well as having automatic headlights, when you unlock the car in the evening the parking and front fog lights come on which will impress just about anybody.

The ride is awesome. Long journies are so relaxing in this car. The suspension soakes up all the bumps and potholes in the road.

The passenger space is huge (unfortuatly boot space is sacrificed) I am 6' 6'' and I couldn't reach the pedals when I pushed the seat right back (which I've had to do in every other car that I've had).

There's also loads of space for rear passengers, even with the drivers seat pushed right back.

A couple of draw-backs are: The boot is tiny for the size of car. It is just about big enough for 1 medium sized suitcase and a set of golf clubs.

The auto gear box makes the car quite uneconomical around town.

Apart from that it's a great car!
