The boot especially in the old model was extremely boxy at the back to house the roof. But the new style roof takes up less space in the boot and therefore is more compact, which results in more space for shopping when the roof is down.

One of the best optional extras you can buy is the air scarf and heated seats, especially when your driving on a cold day. This is activated within three minutes and can make a difference if you opt for leather seats.
The CD auto changer is also up to date with the latest technology, as it is tiny compared with competitors on the market, and fits nicely into the glove compartment with no comprimise on space.
One of the best elements of this car is the driving experience, it holds the road fantastically and the handling is one of a kind. The SLK is also extremely smooth as it rapidly increases speed and changes gear automatically. This is much better than the old style in this respect. Why they could not use the smaller colour coded version from the SL Model is anyones guess!
Overall this car is superb and is a looker and i can guarantee that everyone will be impressed by this car!
