Mesh Computers

Mesh computer and staff are a bunch of cowboys who don’t give a dam about customers, I ordered a computer from the them they said it would be with me in 10-14days it was nearly 3 weeks before it came without the monitor, so I tried my old one on it and it wouldn’t work or it did work after playing around for half an hour. I phoned mesh to ask about the monitor and the problems I was having I was promised a call back this never happened, I phoned the next day the woman receptionist was rude and unhelpful and very abruptïŒ. It took another week for the monitor to arrive, I phoned the company up every day to chase it up, when It finally came I tried it on the machine and the same thing happened the computer wouldn’t find the monitor I phoned again and got the miserable receptionist, after 4 more calls to mesh they came to collect the machine they said it would be back with me 3/5 days 2 week later it came back after I chased it up everyday after the 5 days was up. It came back and I put it together and the monitor would work again it takes half an hour to get going, then I noticed a part missing from the back and one of the front UBS’s is faulty I used the card reader and it melted and my electric tripped in the house. The computer kept switching its self off after about 10 seconds. My advice to anyone who is thinking of buying from Mesh think again DO NOT BOTHER they are rude, untrusting, worthless and couldn’t care a less about their customers, this day and age this sort of thing should not happen, they get your money and you get a heap of crap. KEEP AWAY FROM MESH
