Basically Im going to get straight to the point here on this one. If you want to buy a brand new PC then I seriously warn you: DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT buy from MESH. Keep your money and go elsewhere, mesh will rob you blind!!
I bought a brand new gaming PC in august 2006. The sales rep I dealt with seemed very helpful and put together a very competitive deal. They even beat Dell's offer on the same spec system by adding 2 graphics cards for the price of one.
When the PC arived two weeks later as promised I was very excited as this was my first PC. I must say my initial reaction was unreal as this PC looked awsome. The problem was is that it didn't at all run awsome, infact it was shit!
I had nothing but problems with this PC and there wasn't a day that went by when it didn't crash for no apparent reason. In total I must have spent over £40+ on the phone and all my time and patience has been completely wasted on their totally crap customer service. I was constantly told that it was a software problem when I knew it was a massive hardware failure that was causing the system to fuck up all the time. Believe you this is the lowest of the low for customer service. They have totally put me off from ever considering buying a PC in the future. I spent days, weeks and months trying to sort out problems and you will be stuck in a call queue for what seems an eternity. I felt almost suicidal constantly listening to the stupid music and the "we will get back to you" bolloks. I had to send my PC back and was told that I would have to pay £49 for the courier service. The cheeky twats!! Why should I hace to pay for a problem that isn't my fault. And whats more, that was only the beginning, My PC was stuck in their so called "service centre" for over 2 weeks. I mean C'mon, how long does it take to diagnose a fault. At least one day! The company must be run by ppl who are totally thick as you get nowhere with them. Anyways I have been refunded as I got in touch with the courts and i threatend them. BE WARNED, DO NOT DISCOUNT THIS REVIEW I SWEAR IF YOU BUY FROM MESH YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Take off the H from MESH add an S and what do you get A GR8 BIG BLOODY MESS!
