Advantages Ok taste. Has a big effect, has helped greatly.

Disadvantages none to date.

I've been a regular gym goer for several months, and was recommend towards creatine by a college friend. I followed his recommendation and had a look around for some to set me off. I gandered around various online sites- Holland and Barret will be particularly useful and cheap in this respect, and they offered this the cheapest (£14 for 908g. I decided however to check out my local nutrition and fitness store and they were offering it in fruit punch flavour for £11.

Taste

The taste is really very okay compared to others, and compared to most protein shakes it tastes like heaven! You will be able to stomach the taste quite easily making it more enjoyable than others.

Effect
It really did have an instant effect, my stamina increased greatly, I was in the gym for twice the normal time and fell less fatigue than before. It also offers great support in repairing the muscles. I feel stronger on it, and more motivated when in the gym, although that could be a psychological thing possibly. It has increased performance so was therefore well worth the money, highly recommended for people who want to take their workouts to the next level.
Ive also experienced no detrimental side effects to the product, which is a massive bonus as I wouldn't use a product if it did.

Provides good value for money.
