I have been using the Met-RX protein drinks for quite a while now. As a student I am constantly running from class to class or in the library studying and sometimes I just dont have the time to cook a meal, package it and carry it around all day with me. So when I know I have a busy day ahead of me I just take a few of these with me and I am good to go for a couple meals.
