Miami 7

Advantages: it's funny, has a lot of music and dancing and you can see your fav band starring this serie
Disadvantages: it was guite a short serie

I watched Miami 7 last year. I just loved it! That's maybe because I'm a big fan of S club 7 and this serie is basically about S club 7. It featerus all the best songs from their album and it's funny too. I recorded actually all the series and I still have those tapes. I mostly liked dance and singing scenes as I love dancing and singing mostly in life and it was nice to watch those gorgeous series shooted in sunny Florida. S boys are too very gorgeous ... ...This program features the pop group S Club 7 who are very popular at present especially amongs the younger age group. The program is one of my 5 year old daughter's very favourite shows and she has me record ones she doesn't already have. Remeniscent of the 60' children's shows "The Monkeys" or (my very favourite show when I was a child) "The Double Deckers", here the members o S Club 7 run around having fun, doing stuff and singing their hits. Great fun all round. I quite like watching the program too. The guys and girls look great, the music is not unlistenable and their acting is quite acceptable too. The storylines are quite simple, but that's what kids want. Something easy to understand, lively, fun. All in all a good little program for the undet 9's. ...LA7 is a childrens tv programme aimed at the 9 to 14 year olds. I suffer, sorry, watch this with my daughter regularly. It is acted in the main by the seven members of SClub7, the ever chart topping pop group. These singers are quite unique, they take off the type of programme that was done by The Monkees back in the 60's and early 70's. The difference is, SClub7 dance and act better than the monkees and if I dare to say it, they sing better aswell! The shows are on tv tuesdays and thursdays whilst the series lasts. This is about five weeks. Two series have taken place, Miami7 and LA7. Each series is filmed in a different state or place, LA7 being the latest and much improved on the first series of Miami7. Keep it up SClub7, very entertaining.... Read review

Advantages: Fun for kids, S Club 7 music
Disadvantages: Poor story lines for those who want to watch something "worthwhile"

...My 6 year old grand-daughter is an S Club 7 fan so she has watched both the original Miami 7 and the newer L.A. 7 shows, and when she is visiting, we've watched too. I think the series is pretty good for the age group that it is intended for - I'd say that was like the 10-13 year olds. There's lots of the music that S Club 7 are famous for, and let's face it, this show is a vehicle to keep their popularity in swell and their name up in lights. So what if the actual show content is not brilliant drama or excellent acting? The fans of this show watch it because of the band, and to some (like 6 year old Angelica) that's why they like it. to them, the story line is just a secondary part of it all.
