A MOUSE WITH BALLS!!
Review of Microsoft Trackball Explorer - trackball by
Louizalass
Advantages: Comfortable to use & translates foreign languages!
Disadvantages: For right-hand users only
...For example, when in Microsoft Word, I click the top left-hand button and a menu appears on screen where I can select:
Paste, Font, Paragraph type, Bullets & Numbering, Hyperlinks and Synonyms/Thesaurus. When I do the same thing viewing a page from the web, the menu gives me options to, amongst other things Print, View the Source, Find Similar Pages and there's even an option to TRANSLATE INTO ENGLISH! Yes, that's right - a magic translation button! ... ...the web written in German, highlighted the text, right clicked for the menu, chose 'Translate into English', and immediately a page came up with the English translation! Cool, huh?! It doesn't work with languages such as Chinese or Japanese though. However, I can see a whole new career as a translator of the written word opening up for me!
THE SCROLL WHEEL (not to be confused with the Trackball itself) is situated between the two function buttons ...

The Best Roller Mouse Thats Easy On The Thumb.
Review of Microsoft Trackball Optical - mouse, trackball by
samcabal
Advantages: Design, Handling.
Disadvantages: Hard To Find, Clogs Up.
I have had this Mouse for a few years and i still can't find one that compares or beats it, in my opinion.
With 5 programmeable buttons and a Wheel Scrolling Page Roller it is a Mouse that delivers.
It has a very good 'Roller Ball Mechanism' or 'Large Red Ball' meaning you don't have to move the whole thing just your Thumb, this may eventually lead to 'thumb strain'.
Shaped ergonomically so fits the whole hand and is extremely easy to use and ... ...great control and responsiveness and the pointer moves around the screen, very easily. The settings, and the control of the mouse can be adjusted with the software included.
The only downer is that the ball clogs up with gunk and occassionally needs to be pulled out and cleaned internally but this is very easy to do.
Easy to Install USB and Software and trust-worthy 'Microsoft' product. There are many on the market but look this one out.
Can be ...

A mouse like you have never seen it
Review of Microsoft IntelliMouse trackball by
WAD1-2-3
Advantages: see text
Disadvantages: =
...move it around. On the Microsoft IntelliMouse trackball the ball is placed on top of the mouse, and all you have to do is place you finger on the ball and with ease it goes to where you want it too. It may take time for you to get used to it, but it’s so much easier and faster. So, instead of moving your normal mouse up and down your desk, which can take quite a lot of space simply roll the grey ball. It’s very easy to use but does take ... ...your computer, if you just follow the instruction from the CD ROM wizard which makes installing it easier. My little cousin uses this mouse and she finds it very easy to use, so it’s great alternative to your conventional mouse which used to require a lot of mobility. Until you use this mouse, you won’t realise how much arm muscles you use on your old mouse. ...

daaapianogirl
Advantages: light, USB, comfy
Disadvantages: none
...researching, I just got a Trust Retractable Optical Mini Pink Mouse for my new Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop. The mouse looks great!!! The colour is lovely! It is small but a very good size for a laptop mouse! It has a very comfortable feel when using it, the scroll is good. It doesnt need any mouse mat. I just use it on the inside surface of the laptop and it works fantastically! It is very light, and it doesnt need any batteries, just plug the usb ...

Apple Wireless Mighty Mouse
Review of Apple Mighty Mouse Wireless - mouse by
HellSoul
Advantages: Almost brilliant design, looks great.
Disadvantages: Expensive, limited programming for buttons.
...year, I purchased my first Apple computer. Deciding to go for the iMac, an all-in-one desktop computer.
From their website, Apple include either the wired or wireless Mighty Mouse with the purchase, the Wireless option being a £13.99 upgrade option, but no option to get the computer without the mouse.
Because I have so many computer mice lying around, I was torn between selling the default (wired) Mighty Mouse when the computer arrived, or upgrading ... ...X).
Being my first Apple computer, I had to learn to use one click instead of two. At first I failed at this terribly, by holding down control and then clicking on something will do the same thing as right click will on a normal mouse, so if you regularly need to use the "right click" menu, then it can be quite awkward remembering that you need to operate mouse and keyboard at the same time. As a result of this, I found myself having to learn a ...
