Logitech VX Revolution Cordless Laser Mouse
Review of Logitech VX Revolution - mouse by mystik

Advantages: Size, build, shape, number of controls, battery life
Disadvantages: Signal strength as a media centre mouse

...have been in favour of Logitech over Microsoft mice for a while now, it's like holding a water baloon, it's the exact shape you'd want a mouse to be (assuming your right handed!) Range seems to be an issue if your planning on using it for a media centre PC at any distance. Sometimes I have trouble at about 1 meter if line of sight is blocked. I paid about £25 from Ebuyer which is good, prices on this item seem to vary dramatically so be careful not ... Read review

Fantastic gaming mouse a must for all gamers!
Review of Trust Gamer Mouse Optical GM-4200 - mouse by aliswan1

Advantages: Loads of features, programmable
Disadvantages: Takes time to set it up with vista

This mouse is the ultimate for gamers! it looks fantastic and is really comfortable to use for long periods of time due to its ergonomic design. As this mouse is optical you don't have to worry about it sticking so it always moves smoothly. The left and right buttons can be programmed the other way around for left handed people. There are 4 silver buttons, two on either side which can be programmed to do almost anything, minimise/maximise screens, ...
...processes. And the best thing is the 1600 mode button on the top of the mouse which speeds up the rate that the cursor moves around the screen, which is perfect for first person shooters. The wheel works in the same way as other mice allowing you to scroll. It connects by USB aswell so works with most PC's. The downside to this mouse is it takes a long time to set up to work with windows vista the drivers install and it works, but the software to ... Read review

My take on the awesome Razer Copperhead
Review of Razer Copperhead mouse by Lord_Ac

Advantages: Probably one of the best, if not the best mouse out there
Disadvantages: You won't need it for office use except you're an image designer/editor

...Right now, I'm using a Razer Copperhead mouse which I bought just last month and I'm loving it so far. I love the extra buttons at the side where you can assign different Windows commands. I know most gaming mouse has side buttons and stuff but the difference between those and the Copperhead is that the buttons on this mouse are placed in a position that your fingers can access comfortably. I had a Razer Diamondback mouse before but I sold due to ...
...Copperhead also has 2000 DPI. So it's response time is very good. I bought this mouse for around 55 US$ and with no regrets. I actually think that I was paying less for a mouse this great. For what you pay, You get a top of the line mouse with constant driver updates and techsupport from razerzone.com. As a Gamer and a freelance Designer, this mouse is definitely a must have. ... The only gaming mouse I need
Review of Saitek Laser Mouse GM3200 - mouse by esluggage

Advantages: Smart, affordable, fast
Disadvantages: Bundled software not the best

I play computer games. It's the main use for my computer, and I want every advantage that I can get from technology. As I play shooter games, I rely on having a comfortable mouse, that is accurate and points where I tell it, when I tell it. This mouse does exactly that at a reasonable cost. Out of the box, it is a smart mouse that you can (expectedly) plug straight in and will work straight away, but it is worth spending some time considering how ...
...the bottom to make it lighter, and the teflon pads can be altered to provide more or less friction to provide the perfect weighting and glide for you. The usual buttons are available, two main buttons on top, the mouse wheel (also depressible as a button) and the 2 thumb buttons. These are all mappable using the supplied software, which I found reasonably easy to set up but not hugely intuitive, so that you can use them to replicate other buttons ... Read review
