In the dry the grip is excellent and not much is lost in the wet. However they are nowhere near as in the same league as the Pilot Sports for wet grip.
Another problem I have found with these tyres is that after a few thousand miles, the tyres I had seemed to develop small surface cracks. However I am sure they were not enough to cause a blowout or anything equally devestating. My recent cars have tended to come already shod with my favourite make of tyres, so come replacement time, the decision has been a bit of a 'no-brainer' really, until now!
