First time I went there I topped up my bike before I took it in for repairs, when I got it back he had syphoned over half of it,
Second time it went there asked him to do my folk seals when I picked up my bike he had only done one!? Said the other was ok and did not need doing charged me £110 and had put clamp marks on the folks. Two weeks later surprise surprise the other seal went took it back he charged me another £80 to do the other and when I got the bike back he had chipped the new paintwork and scratched it, and it would have cost less to go to a Kawasaki main dealer!
The third time I just went to get some advice, I had broke a piston ring on my RD350 and wanted to know if it needed a re-bore. He said it could not be re-bored and would need to be 6 or 7 times oversized therefore imposable to re-bore ( even though I since found out that was a lie as it was only minor scratch and it had never had a re-bore before) he then tried to sell me an old barrel he had, which I was willing to buy but he insisted on selling me a piston that was too big even though the barrel did not need re-boring and told me to take it to get borred to fit his oversize piston, he would also not give me a price even though I asked him several times but told me to get I borred and he would tell me the price latter. I could not find the place he sent me to so went back and said how much was it going to cost for the re-bore he said about £30, I said what is the point? When I can get a brand new right size original Yamaha piston for that price that would fit his barrel and said I just wanted to buy the barrel not the piston. He got very aggressive and told me to f**k off and f**k off with yer internet, and take yer shit barrel, which I did, took it straight to Sutton Rebore services, who said " no problem we can re-bore that for you there is loads of meat on it, and it is original size never had a re-bore" Sorted
