Yeah Good Prices but that where it ends, once your item goes faulty then don't expect any service. Took 3 months for my Shuttle to be sent back to me and it still i had the same fault and damage coursed to the front of it.
So received it back in a worse condition than when i sent it off.
Called there phone number asking to speak to manager and was told that manager was unavailable and was promised a call back 6 times and never did.
So Great yeah you mite have got the item a few pounds cheaper than the other website but dont expect any thing when your product goes faulty.
PS, If you speak to Dave or Javid then God help you as your nightmare has just begun.

Advantages: Low prices, quick delivery, acceptable customer service. Disadvantages: Refurbished products may have a higher fault probability, returns process can be a little slow.
