Micro direct are OK if you buy something and it works and it continues to work. They are cheap and the postage is reasonable.
HOWEVER - their after customer service support is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Trying to get through to speak to someone on the phone is nearly impossible, I have spent hours on hold on the phone.
Refunds do not get processed on time, which means further correspondence with them. Worst of all, is if you try and get your faulty item replaced expect to wait between 6-8 weeks for it to happen. It is just dreadful . I've just decided to shop elsewhere now.
Do your best and avoid, any money you save on the order will be lost on the subsequent phone calls to their customer services.
