The amount charged to my credit card exceeded that shown on the emailed Order confirmation by £1.72.
The box seal was broken prior to despatch and the Installation CD did not relate to my version of the graphics card leading me to believe that the CD may have been swapped prior to despatch. I do not, therefore, have an 'on-line' manual which explains the advanced features of the product that I purchased.
On 20 January 2009, I received an email from Microdirect which stated that "We will arrange for a manual and the difference to be processed ".
Despite three further emails from me (I received an automated reply to one of them) Microdirect have so far failed to keep their promises.
The card works fine but I do not know what functionality I am missing out on because I don't have the manual.
So, for me, not a good experience. I'll not be adding them to my favourites!
