Ok well I've had this kettle now for about 3-4mths and have not had no problems with it what so ever plus we all know how bugging it is when you put the kettle on and have to wait ages for it to boil well with this one you don't its really fast.

Well on the out side you will notice that the back and front are the same same as the two side are the same too. On the back and front there is a picture of the kettle, the make and the amount ... ...a list of what the kettle has got and what it does, what I'll do is, write the list down and then tell you whether or not its true or false.
right it says :-
