Can someone tell me where I can request a product?. I've tried doing what it says on the Help section but I still can't find the place where I request one. Thanks.

I bought this keyboard around about January this year, and it came packaged with a USB to ps/2 adapter, and I decided to use the USB part, to connect it to my computer. And it never really worked. I installed the software that came with the Keyboard on a CD-ROM. And it worked for a while, but then on the same day I installed the new Logitech Mouse that I had bought at the same time, and I couldn't get both to work at the same time as each other, and I decided that it must be because the software was working against each other and blocking each other from working. So I quickly packed it back away and put it out of the way in a cupboard until the end of july. And my old keyboard stopped working so I tried the PS/2 connecter and it worked perfectly. And since that day I've been using it all the time, and it's very good.
The buttons are all in good positions, and aren't too close together. It comes in the standard QWERTY configuration, and includes a bunch of features that my previous keyboard didn't have.
It has a option where you can save your 5 favourite websites to 5 differently numbered buttons, and then whenever you wanted quick access to the site, you just press one of the buttons, and the computer loads it up for you.
There's also buttons to open:
My Documents My Pictures My Music
And also a Mail button, a web/home button, which opens up your homepage, and a Messenger button, which opens up Windows Messenger, without having to search through your computer to find it. Which for me is very handy because it's the main reason I use a computer.
It also has a button switch for zooming in and out of pictures and text.
It came packaged very well, maybe a little too well, because the box became a little damaged while opening it, but that wasn't a major problem.
It cost around £30 from PC World and now that I can actually use it I realise that it's a pretty decent price for a keyboard of this quality.
It's also a good keyboard to use for PC Gamers, which is the main reason I bought it in the first place, along with the gaming mouse.
The only other non-major problem I had with it was the fact that most Microsoft keyboards nowadays have a slot inside where you can plug USB computer mice, directly into. And this one didn't. Not really a problem, but would have been a nice additional feature.
