Firstly there is not much to say about an item like this. It is what it is, so please remember this when rating the review or leaving a comment ; )
The wireless controllers come with the xbox 360 premium console pack. They are great and the fact that there are no wires means no more tangled wires AND best of all no chance of the leads breaking like so many other contollers i owned or the standard XBOX.
The controllers are light and have a good signal compared to other wireless controllers previously produced for XBOX and Playstation, these old wireless controllers tend to have a weak signal even when sitting close to the console. XBOX 360 performs great though. XBOX 360 controllers good, Playstation and old XBOX bad OK?
The wireless controllers do have a downside though. With no wires they have to have there own power source built into the controller. So microsoft came up with the idea of... They are worth having as over time you will spend more on batterys.
Its not all bad news though. I managed to get 2 battery packs off of ebay for £6 each!!! i may have got lucky but internet shopping is cheap so i suggest looking around the internet and if none of this suits you save your self money by trading in your wireless controllers for the standard wire ones!

Here it is, the solution to the hassle of constantly swapping out batteries from the xbox 360 controller's battery pack. This product will definitely save you money as you'll be spending much less on AA batteries especially if you play your 360 a lot. This battery pack however is absolutely useless without the recharging chord or recharging dock. The rechargeable battery pack is very convenient but if you're playing with the controller while it's ... ...hours which is not necessarily a bad thing. Also I feel the price for this product is a little steep but I guess it does save you money in the long run. The batteries do last for a long time and I rarely recharge my batteries. This product is a must buy for hardcore 360 owners but for the casual gamer who only plays every once in a while could spend his/her money on something else ...

For XBox 360 owners who already own a PLAY AND CHARGE kit for their system (rechargeable battery and USB charger), then this battery is perfect for charging an additional wireless controller. As opposed to using rechargeable batteries and having the expense of replacing these every so often, one of these can be acquired for about £10. When charged using the aforementioned USB charger, you will get around 25 hours of gameplay before it requires another ... ...be functional if you do not own or have not before purchased the play and charge kit. If you currently use wireless controllers and charge them using standard batteries, you will first need to buy the play and charge kit which contains one battery, then one of these batteries for each additional controller requiring it!
The batteries are small, very durable and slot into the back of the controller with ease. ...

i agree completely with the review above as it is an essential piece of equipment for the xbox gamer. Personally i used to find it annoying when i had to search around the house stealing baterries out of anything i could find but now with this battery pack i only need to charge it around every 25-30 hours of using it. It is cheap so i am saving money on normal batteries. The batteries are a high-performance NiMH rechargeable battery cell. i would ... ...even if they use it at infrequent times as it means you can play whenever you want. it is easy to charge although if you have not bought the additional charger it can be annoying as you have to charge it through the usb on the xbox so i advise you to get 2 of these so you can use one and charge the other. The Xbox360 wireless controller is a hungry little critter. It eats AA batteries like nothing else I have ever seen. I understand that there is quite a bit more going on than with other wireless controllers, but having to change the batteries every three weeks or so is pretty ridiculous.
