Whoever thought of giving people the chance to have a full office suite deserves a pat on the back. The way they give you 3 licenses which you can use around the house, means that this package works out at just £25 per license. This package includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Onenote, (software for notetaking and multi-user collaboration) all the kind of things that students and casual users need. I disagree with the other reviewers that not including outlook is a shortcoming, if you want to have a Microsoft email client, outlook express works well, but I find that something different, like Mozilla Thunderbird is better suited to my needs than Outlook. The new User Interface is excellent (though if you are used to Office 97-2003, it can be frustrating but after a while you will find it a lot easier to complete frequently used tasks) when I first used the software, it needed to download at least 10 patches. Also, the new file format (*.docx, *.pptx etc) is viewable in older versions of office due to a Microsoft viewer for them, and they take up a lot less space than normal office files. There are an awful lot of styles to set your work out to choose from, and the new default font (calibri) just gives a less 'boring' feel to your work compared to times new roman. this software has crashed a few times for me, but seeing as it has not been out amazingly long, it can forgive it for that little inconvenience. It also takes a while to install if you want to install everything, though the installation process is a very easy and straight forward thing to do, with the software guiding you through very well. Also, sorry to all you mac owners out there, but this is Windows only. Overall, I would recommend this software to anybody, especially at this price (around £75), it makes very good value for money.

As below, needs more info. I'd like to know what to expect from each part of the Office package, anything you found annoying about using it. One of my big annoyances about Word 2007 is that everything is harder to find than the 2003 version.
