The most important thing for student when making an assignment is to reference it. Office Professional 2007 has it all. I was able to find this tool in this package which the previous version didn?t had. It was so easy to use and it made work very easy. With the help of this tool I was able to create list of references as well as I was able to do in text referencing.

I have just been shown Microsoft’s newest version of ‘Office’ – Office XP which will be released to the general public on May 31st 2001. The XP stands for eXPerience, or so we were told. Cheesiness aside, it all looked rather good.
This opinion is written for people with a working knowledge of Office already, as if I described the Office suite and also said what’s new in XP you would still be reading at Christmas!

General Opinion
As an IT Trainer I have used and taught the MicrosoftOffice suite for 9 years and this is the most exciting change to hit our PCs in years.
It is not just an upgrade on an old idea but a complete overhaul of the system. Gone are the old menus and toolbars and in their place is a new feature called the Ribbon. Where once you could turn toolbars on and off accidentally never to be seen again this version allows its users to play around with all the features without the fear of losing any functionality.
For new users it is more intuative with the features being grouped together and being more visual. There are many Automatic Formatting features which give your documents a much more professional look in a much shorter time.

If you write in a language other than US English, you've probably wished more than once that you could use the spell-checkers in your Office applications, and Word's hyphenation, thesaurus, and grammar features, with non-English text. Well, you can! All you need to make Office proof your language is the appropriate Microsoft Proofing Tools package. Each package contains the same spelling dictionary and hyphenation file that Microsoft incorporates in foreign versions of Office. The Office Language Selector, included with each Proofing Tools package, lets you tell Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint what language of Proofing Tools to use when spell-checking text. In Word, you specify the language of text right in your document. When you check spellings or grammar, ask for synonyms, or use the Hyphenation command, Word checks to see what language format you have applied to your text (using the Tools menu's Language command), then uses the appropriate dictionary, thesaurus, or grammar file for that language, if it is available. Language formatting is also available in PowerPoint, so that you can easily check multiple languages in the same presentation.
