Well i went from Office 2003 to this and it is in my opinion excellent, at first it can be a little confusing. if you use outlook for e mail then you have lots of options. MS word is very snazzy and easy to navigate as is the rest of MS Office.
What you have to remember is dont be put off by advanced features, we change and so does technology and as a result so does software, if you stick with what you have now you will only need to learn it at a later date. All the commands are there, spend an hour looking at them and you will never think of previous versions.It is memory hungry, 1gb is ok, i wouldnt recommend lower than that.
If you like simple then this is it, you can do so much with office 07, its so much easier than 2003.
