Introduction

Microsoft 2007 Ultimate is a Office tool developed by Microsoft Corporation.There are many Office tools in the market but whenever i have to buy i only have the Microsoft Office products.If you read this review then you would understand why it is my first and last choice.

The Microsoft Office Suite 2007

A collection of various office tools which come in use in various office and personal tasks.This version of Microsoft Office has got revolutionary changes present in it.The major change being the User Interface which is now known as Fluent User Interface or Ribbon Interface.Below are the applications that are present in the Office suite-

Microsoft Office One Note
Now you would find a Notes making application also present in Microsoft's Office 2007.In my opinion it is the best notes-making application ever made.It is very useful if one has to frequently make notes of various things like the school homework or family holiday planning notes or whatever it may be one has to organize his notes neatly and properly and this is where Microsoft One Note comes to the rescue.

This is basically what One Note does and i love making notes of each and everything i think should be taken down on paper.

A nice tool which lets one create,customize and distribute great types of various publications and other materials.You can easily make and distribute these materials in various forms like printed material,web publishing and Email.It has a nice and easy wizard that guides one to create a powerful layout for any kind of material that is to be published.

It is a " What You See Is What You Get " type of HTML editor that is meant exclusively for sites made by this software.It is a a lot more better web designing tool than Microsoft's Frontpage and it has features like adding hit counters,database provided data,dynamic marquees,navigation units and many more things.


Microsoft Office Access
It is a RDBMS(Rational Database Managment System) software.We can import data from many types of Databases to MS access.Some of the supported data types are HTML, Dbase, Paradox, Lotus 1-2-3 and many more.It can be used to develop Application softwares by professional and simple people with lack of knowledge of programming can create simple programs for fun or for any other use.It also supports SQL queries.Developing programs in access is an easy task and this makes it famous in non programmer group of people also.



Microsoft Office Power Point
A program used to create nice presentations easily.I like this very much and i also use it a lot to create my projects,charts,etc.I have using it since i was a student.The presentations are easy to make and their there are different pages or slides in a presenation.There have been a lot of changes in it since the last releases and now one can add 3D graphics and render them.One can also add .mp3 files to his presentation now.

Microsoft Office Excel
One of the most useful software that helps organize data in the form of spreadsheets and tabular form.It makes the data convenient to process and easily understandable.

Microsoft Office Outlook
It is an application that organizes your emails and you can view your emails securely and safely.In my opinion it is a nice software that saves one's time.

This is really nice for me as i do not take chances at things like security.

No Spam Mails
It detects spam mails with its advanced techniques and stores them in the spam folder.

It also saves a lot of time as we don't have to deleted unwanted spam mails.

Changes in this version of Microsoft Outlook
There are almost no changes in Microsoft Outlook except the Design.


Microsoft Office Word
It Helps one in editing text documents in various formats.It is the best tool ever for formatting,editing and organizing the text.It has many special features which help one to create or edit text documents easily.

This helps me a lot as i don't have to open my blog's admin page and copy and paste the content and also don't have to perform some more time taking steps.

It has an advanced spell checker which helps articles,essays and stories or anything else as it shows the error in the spelling not only in English language but also in many other different languages.

According to me it is a great feature and i use it whenever i have to write documents for my office work.It also helps my brother to write essays or articles for school publications.

You can easily translate your work into another language with the help of this feature.

My Comments On This Feature
This is another feature that helps me a lot.I convert my projects details and many other things to various other languages that my client's understand.For example some two days ago i got a Chinese client who did not have a nice command at English and i could not understand Chinese so i translated the project's details to his language and it made our communication smoother,easier and faster.

>Wide Range Of Formatting Options
Anything that is not organized is not good and if you have done a good job writing something and could not format it then it would have been a waste of time.This is where the various formatting options come in use.It helps you easily format and organize your text.

My Comments On This Feature
It is nice to format your text in a few clicks and without any problems and hassles and this feature plays this part for me.

Changes In This Version Of Microsoft Word
I could see a lot of changes in this version of word and in my opinion it will be a tiresome effort for one to adapt to these changes if one has used Microsoft Office's older versions for a long period of time.The major changes can be see in the design and the buttons and options present in the toolbar are also changed completely.

My Recommendation
As i am working for a company as a deputy manager , all these wonderful applications help me a lot in performing my Office work easily and effeciently.I am thankful to Microsoft for creating such an application which has helped me since i was a student.
