Microsoft Publish 2000 is the newest edition of publisher, publisher has been going for some years but the latest version is much easy to use and is more flexible and has better integration with the rest of the office suite.
The wizards help you to load in your information, personal / business and it saves you typing each time. The clipart that comes with publisher is never any good but I only buy publisher for the tool to combine any of the documents I have created.
The templates are excellent and easy to change and produce professional looking documents.
I would recommend this to any small business user.
