Advantages Include all new technologies, fast, stable, beautiful

Disadvantages Requires modern PC

The new Microsoft OS just have all improvements, that you as home user, need. Support for home networks, movie maker (video editing software), new DirectX, new Windows Media Player (super program - I just kill all other audio, video and MP3 players and use it), Internet Explorer 5.5 - all new technologiea at a glance. And it really stable and quick. I use it at my home and very pleased - all applications and games run faster, new improvements really helps.
Also, you will have some beauty menus (Office 2000 style), better Web integration and even new games.
Negative, of course, is system requirements (P150, 16Mb RAM, 500 Mb HDD), but for normal work you need Celeron, 32MB, and 2Gb HDD (but, I guess, you already own such PC).
So, reccomended for all home users (DEFINITELY - use ME) and may be for small companies (cause Win 2000 is little expensive).
